Try this receipe..Simple..
FILIPINO-STYLE FRIED RICE |
Ingredients :-
- 60ml (1/4 Cup) ~ Cooking Oil
- 1 Head, Peeled n Minced ~ Garlic
- 1 Kg ~ Cooked Rice (Preferably Refrigerated n Chilled Overnight)
- 1 Tsp ~ Salt
- 2 (Chopped) ~ Tomatoes
- 1 (Peeled n Finely Sliced) ~ Red Onion
Method :-
- In a wok, heat oil over medium heat. Fry garlic until golden brown, then gradually add rice n salt. Toss rice 2 mix evenly n use your spatula 2 break up any lumps. Cook for 5 minutes @ until heated through b4 removing from heat.
- Transfer rice 2 prepared serving plates n garnish with tomatoes n onion.
p/s :- Serve as part of a main meal with other dishes, or on its own.
